The more I think about my career, the more I realize there is a lot I wish I had known as a high school, college, and graduate student.
It would have been so helpful to get advice from current scientists about their fields of study, the training and education they had, what they like about their careers, etc.
Therefore, I decided to start a series specifically for those thinking about careers in science. Each week I will interview a scientist and write about their views about their jobs, experiences, career changes, views on their current science field, etc.
